A painting of the boat you love
Every boat has a story.
Perhaps it's the yacht you've sailed for years, the dinghy your family grew up in, the rowing boat you've raced, or a vessel that holds memories of someone special.
I create bespoke watercolour portraits of boats, yachts, dinghies and rowing boats from your photographs.
More than 400 boat portraits have been created so far, each individually drawn and painted to capture the character and details that make your boat yours.
What can I paint?
• Sailing yachts
• Classic boats
• Dinghies
• Rowing boats
• Sculling boats
• Family boats
• Racing boats
• Traditional and working boats
• Boats with their owners or crew, where appropriate
Your finished painting can make a meaningful gift for a boat owner, a keepsake for yourself, or a special way to remember a boat and the adventures you've shared.
How it works
Send me photographs of your boat and tell me a little about it.
I'll discuss what you'd like included, choose the most suitable composition and create your watercolour portrait by hand.
The result is an original piece of artwork created specifically for you.
